My work spans Python middleware, voice AI pipelines, and white-labeled SaaS. I care about decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes — not just code.
- Ship to production, not to portfolio.
- Constraints produce better decisions than freedom.
- Measure outcomes, not effort.
- Read the error message before asking for help.
- Build the boring version first.
